Say hello to “Prancy Nancy” – our twinkle-toed bundle of joy! When she first came to us Nancy earned her nickname fair and square with the joyful little pirouettes she performed when it was time for a walk—she simply couldn't contain her excitement.....now she's used to to us all she doesn't get quite as excited! She walks beautifully on the lead and enjoying a decent stroll at a good pace. She’s a people-loving girl who adores affection and loves nothing better to relax with our volunteers getting all the love she can get. Nancy is generally relaxed around other dogs, although she isn’t afraid to set polite boundaries if another pup gets a bit too close for comfort—she’s got her sassy side and isn’t shy about using it! Nancy’s been out on plenty of outings with our volunteers. She travels well in the car and is learning to take the hustle and bustle of busier places—like coffee shops—in her stride. As a house guest, she’s been calm, respectful and very partial to a comfy snooze. If you’re after a loyal companion with a sparkle in her step and love in her heart, Nancy will greet you with a waggy tail, a gentle kiss, and possibly a twirl just for good measure.
