MORE ABOUT Wizzy

Wizzy is a beautiful black hound, who is an absolute dream and he is wondering why he hasn’t found his forever home. Walks well on the lead Inquisitive Friendly Loves cuddles Happy Enjoys playing in the pool Wizzy loves walking with the volunteers and is very good on the lead, with the hot weather he has been enjoying some spa time in the paddling pool, which he absolutely loves.  He is inquisitive and takes an interest in all of the new sights and sounds that he is experiencing.  He loves to snuggle up and get any cuddles on offer ensuring he gets the full attention of his companion of the day. Wizzy went for a trip off site having an overnight stay. From being very independent initially to being a total sweetheart by the end of his stay we can safely say he had an enjoyable time.   Wizzy had no accidents in the home, ate his food well (needs more table manners but loves his food!), enjoyed all of the  fuss and belly rubs and was extremely good when out walking, showing no reaction to other dogs. Once back at the house he was confident and happy to settle down and relax. Wizzy recently came with us for our event at Buzzard Valley Vineyard's monthly Artisan Market which was very busy and he was a superstar. He loved all the attention he got. Nothing fazed him and we don't understand why this gorgeous black beauty has been with us for so long.  Wizzy’s character really shines and he is a stunning hound who has a sweet nature.
