He's a sweetheart....and when he looks at you with those brown eyes, he will melt your heart. Can you tell he's a volunteer favourite. Please get in touch to talk to his foster Mum and Dad who will give you a glowing report.
Harry is a quietly wonderful greyhound who has always been a volunteer favourite. He is currently with one of our foster families who have recently provided us with this update Harry has adjusted to living in our home really well. He has got used to home comforts and all the love and fuss from us and visitors. My 21-month-old granddaughter calls him 'Arry' and absolutely adores him. My nearly 3-year-old grandson loves to help me brush his coat. Harry loves being pampered. Teeth cleaning is easy. Harry enjoys zooming around the garden and showing off how fast he can go. He is starting to play with toys. His favourite spot to relax is on his bed in the lounge, especially if the sun is on it! He quickly learned his morning and evening routines. As soon as the TV is turned off at night, he rises from his bed and heads for the door. Harry struggled to walk properly when he first joined us. However, he has settled really well since the introduction of a harness. Now that he feels secure, his reactions to other dogs have significantly reduced. We have been so pleased with the progress he has made with this. Walking Harry is now very enjoyable. He loves his walks. He practically puts his collar, coat and harness on himself! Harry jumps in and out of car without any bother. He quickly settles after being strapped in. We took advantage of the recent sunshine and took Harry to Bridgnorth. It was a relatively quiet day but still with lots of dogs. Harry behaved perfectly. We went into a pub for a meal. He was happy and relaxed. He had lots of fuss from shoppers and assistants. He loved it. We sat in the park and Harry just watched people and dogs pass by, totally chilled. He had more fuss by a couple sitting next to us. We had such an enjoyable afternoon and were so proud of Harry. This hound is just lovely. He is so easy to love. Harry is so affectionate, a real love bug. He deserves a loving, forever home and will make a lovely companion for someone. Harry's foster parents would love to tell you all about him....would you like to meet this lovable hound?
