Harry is a quietly wonderful greyhound who’s been winning hearts ever since he arrived with us. Though he’s been in kennels for a little while now, he’s more than ready for the next chapter, a loving home of his own. Harry loves his walks. He walks calmly on the lead at a nice pace with an ever cheerful wagging tail! He takes everything in stride, even busy environments, always curious but never flustered. Occasionally, he will let you know he hasn't taken to another dog but can be corrected and moved on. On a recent outing to Hagley, Harry showed just what a star he is. He soaked up all the sights and sounds with wide-eyed wonder, staying calm even when a train pulled into the station right beside him. He handled traffic, bustling pavements, and a noisy main road with ease, then settled happily beside our volunteers for a well-earned rest (and a coffee stop, of course!). Harry travels well in the car and, while he can be a little bouncy with excitement, he’s gentle, good-natured, and affectionate at heart. Could Harry be the calm, kind companion you’ve been searching for?
