Lincolnshire Greyhound Trust

Person with a greyhound in a backyard

In September 1998, Kev and Mandy were asked by a lady who knew them, if they could find her a greyhound. So Kev and Mandy went to a trainer and found a suitable dog. They'd had various dealings with the national RGT, until in December 1998 they asked Kev and Mandy if they could set up a branch in Lincolnshire. In December 2000 Kev and Mandy set up a committee which have worked really hard ever since. This committee has been responsible for continual improvements in our rehoming efforts. On 10 May 2004 we became an independent registered charity in our own right. This was the birth of Lincolnshire Greyhound Trust. We have kennels in Boston Lincolnshire, as well as a branch in Epping called Peaceful Pets. To this date we have rehomed over 2,500 different greyhounds since we started. We're so proud of the amazing community we've created and wouldn't be here without the continual support from our adopters and volunteers.
